Free to be Wild has been lucky enough to reintroduce two genets back into the wild. One, Janet, was a victim of a dog attack when it was only a few weeks old. The other, Jean, was caught on an electrical line.
Both stayed with us until they were old enough and fit enough to start their journey in the wild. Much like the bush babies both Janet and Jean visit regularly just to remind us about their presence in our lives.
